New Generation energy : 2 new customers for the start of 2009

In February and March 2009, LOGIRIS started working with two companies from the new generation energy sector, for heating and air-conditioning:
FERROLI, The European leader for boiler and air-conditioning units
An all-inclusive logistics package for their solar pannels : reception, storage, order preparation, kitting
Cross docking for the heating and air-conditioning products
Le Reservoir MASSAL, French manufacturer of pressure systems since 1920 and one of the world leaders in the protection of water pipes against water hammers (anti water hammer)
Reception, storage, order preparation for distribution throughout the Rhône-Alpes region, and in central and eastern France.
4 000 m² extra warehousing space at Mions

The storage space at LOGIRIS has been further increased as of 15 February 2009 with the integration of a 4000 m² cell situated at the Sogaris logistics terminal at Mions (69). This warehouse is already used by 2 new customers from the new generation energy sector, from heating and air-conditioning (Ferroli and Massal), aswell as for box pallet promotional operations.

4L Trophy 2009 : LOGIRIS sponsors Miss Nemo

It’s ”chocks away” on 19 February at the stade de France for the 1000 crews who make up the 2009 4L Trophy. This year LOGIRIS is sponsoring the 4L Nemo, with at the controls, Caroline Heim, pilot (studying Law) and Aude Evrard, co-pilot (studying Advertising). In 2008, this challenge both sporting and and for charity allowed 58 tonnes of supplies to be sent for the schooling of some of the most disadvantaged children in Morocco. A record that we’re out to beat ! Go for it, girls !

The Fresnes depot (94) moves to Moissy-Cramayel (77)
The Fresnes depot operations were transferred to Moissy Cramayel (77) in January 2008 following the requisition of their premises by the Fresnes town council. The new depot is part of the brand new Chanteloup logistics park which boasts a High Quality Environment classification.

Are your archives taking up too much space? Time for a clearout? LOGIRIS can provide you with a team which specializes in the outsourcing of paper based archives: transfer, safekeeping, management, return and destruction. This service which was launched in Bordeaux in 2007 is already in successful use with a number of customers. It is now available at all LOGIRIS sites.
