Background

Founded in 1997, LOGIRIS has grown rapidly by bringing in new expertise so as to be able to offer its customers a comprehensive logistics solution.

The key milestones :

1997	Company founded by Pierre Cogoluenhes, current company chief executive. LOGIRIS starts off as a Freight Forwarding company.

1998	LOGIRIS becomes a shareholder in Raymond DUCROUX Transport Company and so acquires its own fleet of vehicles.

2000	Inauguration of the first LOGIRIS depot at Corbas, storage and order fulfilment services launched.

2003	Logiris acquires the packaging specialist TCI. Packaging services started, made to order services.

2004	Logiris obtains ISO 9001: 2000 certification for its Corbas site.

2005	Logiris opens its Fresnes depot in Paris area, offering the same services as the depot at Corbas. Today this depot is in its new location at Moissy-Cramayel (77, Seine et Marne) and obtains ISO 9001: 2000 certification.

2009	LOGIRIS moves to a bigger site in Corbas and doubles its storage area (= 22 000 m²). Launch of the Extranet Logiris to put at the clients’ disposal the information regarding their stock and their orders, in real time.
